About the School
The riding school is here to help you deepen your practice of reward-based riding.
Each school term explores a specific theme, offering a blend of group coaching, individual lessons, weekly exercises, and in-depth theory.
We focus on refining your skills as a practitioner while building a supportive community where everyone can grow and learn.
We will help your horse to move in balance and develop your skills to see and feel movement. And most important of it all: teach it to your horse.
Whether you stay with us for a long time or a short, you are most welcome.

ANGELICA
Angelica is the founder of the Reward Based Riding School, a passionate teacher, and a lifelong student of the horse. She brings a wealth of experience from the classical dressage world is a Certified Riding Instructor. She has created a logical reward based riding system to work from the get go up to high level movements.
Angelica is a member of the Knighthood of Academic Art of Riding and has been teaching dressage since 2010 and the last decade reward based dressage.
Her passion is guiding riders and their horses toward higher balance, connection, and collection with forward-thinking methods and genuine care for both horse and rider. She's currently lives in the north of Sweden with her horses.
A dedicated learner as well as a teacher, she continues to expand her knowledge by collaborations with other coaches and trainers and by working closely with her students around the world.
DO
Do is a Dutch reward-based horse trainer and equine behavior coach with a talent for making learning both engaging and accessible. With a background in communication sciences, she excels at breaking down complex information into practical steps, helping riders and horses build stronger connections through clear and communication.
Her training focuses on empowering both horse and rider, promoting giving learners choice and control throughout the process. This approach is especially evident in her husbandry training, where she helps create cooperative horses for stress-free care routines.
Do teaches online, working with students worldwide. She is a Fear Free Pet Professional and is currently pursuing certification through the IAABC and a diploma in Equine Behavior Science & Technology. Committed to lifelong learning, she regularly expands her expertise by attending courses, conferences, and collaborating with peers.
In 2022, Do co-founded the Reward Based Horse Academy with Angelica. Together, they provide online courses, memberships, and coaching to help students build solid foundations with reward-based training techniques. Currently they are building a coaching program together.

ULLIS
Ullis is a dedicated and experienced trainer who brings a wealth of knowledge from the dog and reindeer training world into the riding school.
She has a keen eye for timing and communication and excels at shaping behaviors. When it comes to horse training, Ullis has worked with Angelica for several years and is deeply familiar with her system. Over the last few years, she has deep dived in exploring different aspects of gymnastic groundwork and you will mostly meet her doing this.
We are incredibly proud to have her join in. She provides invaluable insights, creativity, and cross-species expertise to our riding school!
